Harmonious Harvest is a company crafted from love! Life and business partners, Joseph Thibault and Lauren Bell, harmoniously blend their passions and talent to bring you the best possible experience.
Chef Joseph Thibault graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management. He has worked at a number of farm-to-table, fine dining restaurants throughout his career. He has extensive experience in catering, event planning and menu design. During his time in school and in restaurants he fell in love not only with cooking, but with each ingredient he used. Through cooking, Joe strives to promote farms and local, whole foods by displaying the ingredient's natural beauty and by portraying the care that goes into the products he uses & creates.
Joe has always loved creating cheese & charcuterie boards for family gatherings as well as in his work life. He loves the ability to combine his love of cooking and art. Each board is a labor of love, carefully designed into beautiful patterns all inspired by nature.
Lauren is an Environmental Educator, Garden Manager and Yoga Teacher. She loves seeing and feeling the life cycle of plants that end up on your plate! Lauren holds a bachelor's degree from the George Washington University in geography and sustainability with research published on the connection of health & access to nature. With a decade of hospitality experience and work with environmental nonprofits, Lauren is thrilled to be working with Joe to make their visions come to life. She finds happiness in promoting a deeper connection to nature and food.
Since meeting at summer camp many years ago, Lauren and Joe have continued to explore the world and learn skills in food & agriculture. They work hard and dream of creating an educational farm and restaurant property. In their free time they love to go on adventures together! You may find them hiking, catching some waves or mountain biking.
